L'histoire extraordinaire de Miss China se déroule dans l'Angleterre du 19ème siècle. Une jeune fille d'origine asiatique vient d'hériter du restaurant de ses parents. Mais une bande de voyous veux s'en prendre à l'établissement que Miss China doit alors défendre seule… Au premier étage du restaurant vivent le Dr. Brekenridge un scientifique fou et Jim, son assistant. Ce dernier est secrètement amoureux de Miss China et aimerait la séduire. Seule la mystérieuse invention du professeur pourrait lui venir en aide… Qu'adviendra-t-il de la relation entre les deux jeunes gens ?

In the distant future, the Earth is split in two. The southern hemisphere is in another dimension, while the people of the northern hemisphere develop the ability to morph into humanoid beasts. For the first time in his life, Ital leaves his home and travels to distant lands looking for his surogate father's killer. Along the way he teams up with another war-roid called Zaxon, and junk-hunter, femme fatale Sahari. Now the city of Bangor is under attack by the beastmaster and his army of autosoldiers, it is up to Ital and his friends to save the day.
