Un nouveau télescope a permis de révéler la présence d'eau sur la planète Mars. Les humains la colonisent, mais la vie y est difficile. Des révoltes apparaissent. En parallèle, l'amie d'enfance de Graham, Vestemona Lauren, s'est engagée dans l'armée et elle est envoyée sur Mars pour lutter contre les pirates. Elle s'aperçoit très vite que Graham en fait partie. Elle va essayer de le remettre sur le droit chemin.

L'histoire se déroule dans un futur où notre planète est presque totalement submergée par les eaux. Maiya Mizuki est une jeune fille de 15 ans qui vit dans une cité océanique. Elle souhaiterait travailler pour le gouvernement mais échoue aux tests d'entrée, elle va se retrouver malgré elle bien loin des études...

C'est un anime futuriste et la suite de Tekkaman Blade II. Des étrangers attaquent la terre. Les défenses de la terre incluent une station spatiale qui forme un anneau, et un processus qui transforme le corps du héros, Takaya Aiba ou D-Boy, en robot spatial de bataille. La plupart des batailles ont lieu juste en dehors de la station spatiale annulaire.

L'histoire se passe en l'an 2010, dans la cité Neo-Acropolis construite sur une des îles artificielles du Japon. Celle-ci parle de onze jeunes filles habitant cette cité, aux vies plus ou moins différentes, mais chacune de ces filles possède un talent ou une qualité particulière. Elles doivent faire face à leurs problèmes et soucis personnels, que ceux-ci soient liés au passé, au présent ou au futur, mais font néanmoins de leur mieux afin de réaliser leur rêve. Chaque épisode relate l'histoire d'un des personnages, avec une narration et un point de vue différents selon le personnage concerné.
